Cardiac catheterization provides heart patients complete minimally invasive diagnostic and treatment options. Electrophysiology labs restore heart rhythms using implantable cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators.

California Pacific Medical Center offers two of the newest cardiac catheterization labs in San Francisco. Located in the new Kanbar Cardiac Center at 2333 Buchanan Street the labs provide Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Cardiac Catheterization.

Marin General Hospital
Marin General Hospital offers a cardiac catheterization lab located in the Marin Heart Institute. Opened in September of 1998, the catheterization lab is equipped with advanced digital technology that allows cardiologists to see near-instant images of coronary arteries. St. Luke's Campus
St. Luke's Campus installed a new cardiac catheterization lab in April 2003. Located in the Monteagle Building at 1580 Valencia Street in San Francisco, the building of the cath lab is just the first phase of St. Luke's new Cardiac Care Center.
